CBP posted an updated ACE CATAIR Appendix PGA draft chapter adding AGAR and EXAR to USDA APHIS PG10 Commodity Characteristic Qualifiers and revising the PG10 Category Code 406 name and definition.

An updated version of the ACE CATAIR Appendix PGA is now available in the Draft Chapters, Future Capabilities section of CBP.gov: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair For U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), AGAR and EXAR were added to the PG10 Commodity Characteristic Qualifiers list. The name and definition for “406” were also updated in the PG10 Category Codes section. Please see the change log for details. For questions about this CSMS please reach out to CREM@cbp.dhs.gov .
