The purpose of this message is to provide guidance regarding the U.S. Department of Commerce’s (Commerce’s) Temporary Final Rule (TFR) on Measures to Restrict Stockpiling of Polysilicon and Polysilicon Derivatives Under Proclamation 11052. BACKGROUND On September 24, 2026, Commerce will publish a TFR providing for procedures for an import ban on certain imports of polysilicon products.
