Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2620 was created on August 14, 2026, and contains 16 harmonized tariff records and 53 Automated Broker Interface (ABI) records. HSU 2620 contains the Quartz Surface Products Quota HTS updates per FR 2026-15975 (91 FR 50645), published August 5, 2026. For more information, please see CSMS # 69509193 . Questions or concerns related to the Quartz Surface Products Quota HTS updates should be referred to the CBP Headquarters Quota and Agriculture Branch at HQQUOTA@cbp.dhs.gov .
