Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2621 was created on August 22, 2026, and contains 13 harmonized tariff records and 54 ABI records. HSU 2621 contains the Section 338 updates. For more information, please see CSMS # 69606660 . HSU 2621 also contains the following PGA HTS flagging updates for the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). FS3 flag added to HTS codes 2106909990, 2106909993, and 2106909994; and FS4 flag updated to FS3 on HTS codes 0407210030, 0408110000, 0408190000, 0408910000, and 0408990000. Questions or concerns with the Section 338 updates should be directed to traderemedy@cbp.dhs.gov . Questions or concerns with the FSIS HTS flagging updates should be directed to itdssupport@cbp.dhs.gov .
