Quota Periods: October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027 Opening Date: Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time (ET) This quota is expected to oversubscribe at Opening Moment. The Trade may transmit the quota entry summaries in ACE on October 1, 2026, from 12:00 A.M. (midnight) local port time until 12:00 P.M. (noon) ET only. Entry summaries reported early (before 12:00 A.M.
