Quota Bulletin 26-502 2027 Tobacco has been published on our webpage at the following link: Quota Bulletin 26-502 2027 Tobacco Commodity: Tobacco as provided in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapter 24 subheadings, Additional United States Note 5. Quota Period: September 13, 2026 - September 12, 2027 Opening Dates: Monday, September 14, 2026 All entries submitted after 12:01 a.m. local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes.
