The Nonproliferation Sanctions (ACN) - State Department changed in the Consolidated Screening List. It now has 105 entries. Its newest entries, effective July 24, 2026 (Vol. 91, No. 148, 08/04/2026), include: 1061st Material-Technical Support Center (MTSC) (Russia); and any successor, sub-unit, or subsidiary thereof; Abdullah Hammam bin Mustafar (Malaysia-national); Aleksandr Ivanovich Prikhodko (Russian national); Andrei Gusev (Russian national); Andrey Vladimirovich Kosolapov (Russian national); Ellengo Lori (Malaysia national); Gedion Alpha Company LLC (Russia);and any successor, sub-unit, or subsidiary thereof;; Huang Chin Hsin (aka Huang Jinxing) (Taiwan national). Screen your customers, suppliers, end users and other parties against the current list.
