Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V110 has been posted to the Chapters: Current Capabilities section on CBP.gov . This update includes the new FY27 Customs COBRA User Fees. The adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2026. The new amount will be in effect for a summary pre-filed prior to October 1, 2026, if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2026. The amounts are available in the Certification and Production environments. An updated version of the ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V111 has been posted under the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities section
