From the notice
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.

Olive reads every change like these against your own products, codes and trade lanes, whether you import, export or both, and drafts the update to your compliance program for your approval. Nothing changes without you.
