The DHS UFLPA Entity List currently names 205 entities, the most recent effective August 3, 2026. Goods traced wholly or in part to a listed entity are barred from U.S. importation under the rebuttable presumption of 19 U.S.C. § 1307. Review your supply chain against the current list.
